Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
We care about the environment, which is why we only send information about our deliveries electronically, rather than in paper form. All information about your order will be sent by email.
We pack and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped out within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of our control and are in the trusting hands of Australia Post. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receiveyour tracking number from us but updates from Australia Post too.
Please note that Reset 2one will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:
All orders above $1000 AUD will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
